2344 ESR Steel Features

2344 ESR steel is a standard hot work tool steel with high thermal conductivity and wear resistance. By applying nitriding process to this steel with high impact resistance, its wear properties can be improved. 2344 ESR steel is melted twice with the ESR method to provide extra cleaning and the grain structure is thinned. In this way, 2344 steels are both tougher and have better glossiness.
