1.2367 (Extra Fine Structure, EFS)
2367 Steel EFS Features
2367 steel EFS is a hot work tool steel with high toughness and thermal conductivity that can maintain its hardness at high temperatures. It has high abrasion resistance. By applying nitriding process to this steel with high impact resistance, its wear properties can be improved. All 2367 steels in Önerler stocks are Extra Fine Structure, that is, extra thin structure. This makes the steel much more homogeneous, thus tougher. Dimensional changes after heat treatment are minimized.
