Grinding
The grinding process, which we carry out to get it of the distortion that occurs after the heat treatment and to give the final dimensions to the material, is carried out in our company with grinding machines of various sizes and types.

Centerless Grinding
It is used for grinding workpieces whose center hole is not drilled or that is impossible to open.
While one of the grinding wheels is grinding, the other moves the workpiece on its own axis. This stone is called a guiding stone. There is a difference in perimeter speed between the two working stones. The grinding wheel rotates the workpiece at a speed close to its circumferential speed. The circumferential speed of the workpiece is slightly reduced by the drive wheel.
Thus, it is ensured that the grinding wheel removes chips from the workpiece.
There are 2 centerless grinding machines in our company. Our machines are capable of grinding up to a diameter of 100 mm.

Center Grinder
It is a machine used for grinding cylindrical materials with a center hole. As a result of the contact of the grinding wheel to the cylindrical material between two centers, a very fine chip is removed from the surface of the material and thus the material is brought to the desired precision.
There is 1 centered grinding machine in our company. Our machine has the ability to grind up to 600mm in diameter and 100mm in size.

Surface Grinding
It is the method used for grinding planar surfaces. In this method, while the stone is rotating, the piece is fixed with the help of a magnetic table. After the grinding wheel is touched from the highest point of the piece surface relative to the table, that is, the closest point to the grinding wheel, the grinding process continues until the entire surface is grinded. Then, the piece is measured and the basic measurement is taken and the grinding process is continued with the required pass intervals until the desired size is reached by giving chips according to this size.
There is 1 surface grinding machine in our company. Our machine has the ability to grind up to 300x1500 mm.
