Preliminary study
We recommend that all our customers start with a preliminary study to increase the chances of a new part being successfully implemented on the first try. Preliminary work typically begins with a meeting with the client where requirements are discussed and requirements for implementation determined. Then, the most suitable Vibenite® alloy for the application is determined.
Either the customer shares a drawing file or as VBN and Önerler we create the drawing of the parts according to the customer's specification. Typically, VBN optimizes the customer drawing for additive manufacturing and creates the final design file for the machine.
The VBN and Önerler produce the number of parts discussed with the customer and the parts are heat treated to ensure the parts are properly cured. Optionally, parts can be machined and ground by the customer, but VBN also offers these services if requested. Finally, the parts are ready to be tested by the customer.
After the test, the VBN, Önerler and the client can hold a new meeting where the test results are discussed and what can be improved.
